All the deadlines expressed above must be considered in working days. There will be no delivery on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. For the calculation of delivery times, public holidays, both in the territory of Belgium (place of storage of our products) and in the territory of receipt of orders, are not taken into account. Consequently, if the delivery time includes one or more holidays, the delivery time will be extended all the way. The deadlines start from the confirmation of your order.
For orders in express mode, delivery in J + 1/3 is possible only for orders placed before 2 p.m. (Paris time, France, GMT + 1 hour). Orders placed after 2 p.m. (Paris time, France, GMT + 1 hour) will be delivered in D + 2/4.
In the event that we are unable to comply with the delivery time initially planned, we will inform you as soon as possible, indicating at the same time an estimated delivery time, it being specified that you can cancel your order if the deadline Total delivery exceeds thirty (30) days. We will reimburse your order and your shipping costs in the event of exceeding this 30 -day period.
We consider the goods delivered from the moment the package was received by the Customer or when the carrier's passage passes are filled.
Each express delivery will be subject to a signature request upon receipt of your package. Without signature, the package cannot be given to you. If you have not received your package within the aforementioned deadlines, we advise you to consult the delivery condition of your package according to the traceability number that you have received with your confirmation of sending an order. If you make numerous purchases or during pre -ordered items, your purchases may be packaged in several packages.
